Aqua Blue Pool Services has been servicing the Lakeway and Spicewood area for nearly 20 years. We have an outstanding reputation with long relationships with many of our customers. We are seeking a Pool Repair Technician to lead our team. This is a senior role in the company. The winning candidate will be a customer focused, problem solver with excellent team and time management skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues with swimming pools and equipment, finding solutions, communicating with customers, scheduling and efficiently completing repairs, properly documenting matters related to repair jobs and expanding the knowledge and capability of the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability and maturity to perform the role with minimal oversight. The company is looking for a professional who is looking to constantly raise the standard as our business grows. Responsibilities: • Manage the Pool Repair team including the daily and weekly scheduling of tasks • Diagnosing problems and communicating solutions to customers • Repair or install pumps, filters, control systems, cleaners, valves, chlorinators, heaters, blowers etc • Electrical and plumbing work as required • Documenting work completed • Training other members of the repair team and educating the Pool Maintenance technicians • Maintaining a positive and professional work environment • Working with the owners and other senior staff to develop strategies for growth and improvement Requirements: • Residential Appliance Installers License (mandatory) • 5 years+ experience in pool maintenance and repairs • Pool renovation experience (desired but not required) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • The ability to lift up to 100lbs • Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability • Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: Aqua Blue Pool Services seek long term employees.
