Install a 220-volt outlet in place of a 110

Hi, in my kitchen I have a gas stove and behind it is a 110v outlet, I need a 220 for an electric stove. I need a professional to install one for me. the Breaker box has plenty of room and is on the wall right behind the wall that has the outlet. the distance is about 3-4 feet apart. I live in a trailer, under the trailer is rather clean, accessible and shouldnt pose any problems at all. Please be licensed and professional, receipt paperwork desired.
