My Healing Home and For The Orphan is proud to partner together and host HOPE FOR THE JOURNEY (formally the Empower to Connect Conference). We are excited to finally connect in person again and bring this conference to our local families in search of hope and healing. We are offering two ticket option. A single ticket for $35 and a couples ticket for a discounted price of $50 (Discounted couples tickets are limited and on a first to purchase basis. Couples must reside together in same household to qualify). Due to Covid-19 restriction still in place, seats are limited. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. This is a single day conference we are offering for 2 days. Please note that the single date stated on your ticket will be the only date you will be admitted. This year’s schedule will include five high-level learning modules based on the foundational principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) along with a new teaching component, The Gospel + TBRI. Embedded within each learning module will be a “Going Deeper” teaching video on a select topic, and also included will be two encouraging “Practical Perspectives” videos featuring the voices of adult adoptees and foster youth alumni as well as adoptive and foster parents.
