Erosion Control company is seeking to train and hire driven individuals looking to grow with our company. We install and maintain silt fencing along with other erosion control materials. Applicants must be able to work out doors and must be able to perform in a safe fashion while wearing a HARD HAT. We install Silt fencing - pickaxing trenches - driving in T-posts - installing other materials MUST be a TEAM player that can work well with others and follow instructions MUST have 2 forms of ID and be able to establish Direct Deposit (Bank, prepaid card, Cash app etc.) MUST have Transportation to the Yard located near 1604 and Culebra Rd. MUST be handy with a Pick Ax and Shovel These are FULL TIME positions - these are not daily pay/ cash job / under the table situations. Weekly Pay - 40+ Hour work weeks - we work MON- FRI (some Saturdays -Overtime) 6:00 A.M. - 3-4-5:00 P.M. Starting pay is $11.50 - $13.00 an Hr. We offer a $ign on bonus after 90 day probation period ( $500 to 1K ) -it is based off performance, work ethic, and solid attendance. We also pay out finder fees if you bring on good individuals to join the TEAM.
