Job Requirements: • 3+ years of experience is preferred • Proficient on skid loader operations • Need to manage job site, material & equipment • Must be able to read residential surveys, construction drawings and blueprints • Need good communication skills with field and office personnel • Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment • Qualified applicants must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation. • Knowledge of tools and the ability to use and implement the use of heavy equipment pertinent to the industry • Must perform physical labor where needed and the ability to lift 100 pounds • Ability to work outside year-round, including adverse weather conditions Benefits & Compensation: • COMPETITVE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE • HEALTH, DENTAL, LIFE, DISABILITY INSURANCE ALONG WITH A 401K PLAN OFFERED • YEAR ROUND, FULL-TIME WORK Our core values include quality, integrity, customer service, and reliability.
