We are a drug free company and looking for an honest and reliable construction assistant/laborer to do a wide variety of jobs: assist with all phases of pool and spa construction and remodeling; plumbing, electrical, concrete, blockwork, stonework, pavers, stucco, tile setting & grout, operating power tools i.e.; demo hammers, grinders etc., running for parts and materials, loading and unloading materials and equipment onto and trucks and trailers, shoveling, trenching and filling in trenches, raking & construction site clean-up and other miscellaneous preparation and task. We do not/will not send our people to high risk Covid-19 job sites. Requirements you must have: Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings. A valid Arizona Driver’s License. Documentation for employment to complete E-Verify. Your own vehicle/transportation to jobsites anywhere in the valley Have a working cell phone and answer when called within reasonable hours. Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist continuously through the day. Be able to work outdoors in Arizona heat for extended periods of time. Have some experience working with landscape hand tools and equipment. Be able to lift 75lbs. and have good physical abilities. This could be LONG TERM to PERMANENT work for the right person with the right attitude, appearance, customer service skills, ability to learn and carry responsibility. Pay depends on experience commensurate to your ability, attitude, use your head and common sense. We will train and start at $16.00 with room for advancement, increase and promotional opportunities. Hours will vary Monday through occasional Saturdays. We offer non-stop, year-round work with a flexible schedule. You will start as an independent contractor in a 1099 position. We will provide reasonable compensation for current transportation.
