Operators- Seeking individuals with experience in custom house pad construction. Hillside and underground utilities installation experience is a must. Must be able to read and interpret site plans and lead a crew through designated daily tasks. Looking for applicants with CDL, dust control training and be able to operate wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, grade tractors, and all associated attachments. (hammer, compactor, etc) Must be able to communicate and work as a team, and step into different positions to complete tasks. So if running a water hose or operating a shovel is below you, you need not apply. Our jobsites are typically located in the Paradise Valley area and North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area. Attach a resume with your response. Wage will be determined based on experience. Laborers- Seeking individuals to assist in the construction of customs house pads. Primary job tasks include watering job sites, hand work (shovels, rakes, picks), placing conduit and drain pipe, and job site cleanup. No experience, no problem. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach you how to read site plans, proper methods and procedures for construction, and with time how to operate equipment if you show the aptitude and commitment to learn. We work outside in the heat, and start early in the day. You must be able to show up on time every day, have dependable transportation, and a phone that you answer when it's called.
