Part Time shop help needed

We are looking for 1 part time helper. You will be working on weekdays, around 20 - 30 hours per week. We are a home based business located in Virginia Beach. The job included loading our truck, usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. You will also be unloading items on Mondays or Tuesdays. You will also be working in our shop during the day. Work in the shop consists of sorting and cleaning brass, using a counting scale to count and package brass and bullets for retail, putting together restock items to take to the shows and eventually running automated casting machines, automated bullet sizing machines and loading ammunition on commercial grade loading machines. It is dirty work and requires a lot of attention to detail. The job also includes a good bit of heavy lifting when moving ammunition and loading the truck. The person we are looking for should be able to travel on occasional weekends to various venues. We attend Gunshows throughout Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. We usually leave for the shows on Thursdays, set up on Fridays, do sales on Saturdays and Sundays and then pack up and return. We provide transportation to the shows if needed, cover all expenses such as food and lodging. We share a non smoking room at inexpensive motels like Motel 6, Super 8, etc. We are a male and female couple, work partners only. We prefer a woman for this position, she will share sleeping arrangements with the other woman. Men are also welcome to apply. Pay in the shop starts at $10.00 per hour. Pay will increase as you gain experience. Pay for Friday through Sunday Gunshows is $300.00 plu all expenses. This is a short term position with the potential to become long term depending on how you work out.
