You were definitely a leader and knew how to take control of the situation (and even apply a firm hand when necessary). You were in your 40s (I think - maybe a little older or younger) - a woman definitely on the rise in the corporate world. Even though I am quite a bit older you had offered to mentor me - an offer I was quite interested in accepting. But then you left the company before I got your contact details.
