I bought the parts online. Someone had already said they would do it, but broke their knee yesterday. It's not that difficult of a job, but being disabled, it's more than I need to mess with. It goes on a 2002 Honda Odyssey. Youtube has a couple of videos on it. I want someone with a good brain and some mechanical aptitude to do it.
