Responsible and experienced dog bather wanted for busy doggy daycare/boarding facility in Fort Myers, Florida. Join our team! Bathers responsible for the bathing of daycare dogs, boarding dogs, plus independent appointments. Previous experience working in a professional environment preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to bathing, blow-drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and general upkeep of the groom shop.
The right candidate must be dependable and punctual. Must be efficient, but thorough and able to multi-task and prioritize with little supervision. Position requires patience and the ability to handle difficult behavior in a gentle and effective manner for all breeds of dogs. Must be in good health, with the ability to lift and work with large breeds of dogs, and able to bend, crouch, reach and be on your feet for long periods of time. Flexibility is a must. Excellent communication skills!
