VIRTUAL FOCUS GROUP/MOCK JURY – Thursday, March 11, 2021 (KC) On Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 9:30AM to 12:30PM, we will be holding a virtual focus group. This is a mock jury where people will give their opinions of cases. If selected, you will receive a conflict agreement via Google Forms. This must be returned prior to receiving the link. You will receive a Zoom video conference link at 9:20AM via email, provided the conflict agreement is returned. Log-in will be no later than 9:30AM and anyone attempting to log-in after that will not be allowed to participate. The pay is $45 for the three-hour session, or $15/hour. Payment will be made through Venmo and funds will be available 15 minutes prior to the end of the session. You must have an active Venmo account to participate and be paid as no other payment method will be allowed. To participate, you must have adequate internet access and a computer or a tablet with a good video camera and microphone. We're sorry, we can't accept the use of cellphones – you must use either a computer or a tablet. This will NOT be an in-person session and anyone arriving at the office will not be admitted. ***Note: Participants who have participated in a mock jury focus group within the last 6 months may not be eligible to participate this date. In consideration of payment received for participating, the undersigned agrees to keep confidential all information obtained and acknowledges that he or she will be disqualified from serving as a juror or other participant in the pending litigation.
