Skills Required: • MUST have prior residential concrete finishing experience. • Basic understanding of construction costs, scheduling and quality. • Self-motivated, very organized and deadline aware. • Able to adjust when a situation causes for it. • Experience with various concrete hand, gas & electric tools. • Experience with set up, grade and form work. • Experience in all types of finishes and be able to inspect finished work. • Experience directing equipment drivers and trucks. • Ability to operate skid loaders, dingo's, and other equipment • Set and align concrete forms to desired pitch and depth • Spread, level, vibrate and smooth concrete, using various tools • Understanding of environmental changes and its effect on curing • Layout joints and saw-cut as prescribed in specifications • Clean and maintain company owned vehicles, concrete tools, and equipment Benefits: • Health Insurance • 401K Matching • Paid Time Off • Referral program • ESOP program Please apply today with a brief job history.
