Our ideal candidate can: • Bring a client's dreams to life in the form of patios, retaining walls, firepits and outdoor kitchens • Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edgers and many others • Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate with both the client and management • Demonstrate proper tree and shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills • Drive a large truck and trailer combo • Install drainage systems, repair lighting and irrigation and be able to problem solve on the job Salary Range and Benefits: $16-$22 per hour depending on experience and ability Monthly cell phone allowance provided Paid time off after 90 days Bonus after 60 days with continuous employment and good attendance Incentive program with performance based bonuses Industry certification and continuing education opportunities Please come apply in person at Summit Lawn and Landscape! 12020 Grandview Rd. - Grandview, MO 64030.
