Residential construction company with 45 year history that specializes in building new homes and doing large scale renovations is seeking a utility laborer to assist with various miscellaneous tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following: picking up job sites, sweeping homes out, hosing driveways & patios off, vacuuming out vents, moving furniture, etc. as well as working on various light carpentry tasks on the company master finish list such as painting, patching walls, caulking trim work, installing hardware, etc. No experience necessary. All tasks can be taught. Opportunity to learn some entry level construction skills and advance within company. Must have reliable transportation in order to get to and from work and have a current & valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
