Learn more about us and our products we offer at Job Description The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist will work together with the Management, Production, and Sales teams to oversee fulfillment, and related logistics for our online store orders. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, personnel management, and customer service. We have multiple growing sales channels for the manufacturing, wholesale, and retail branches of our company. Your job will be to work with our production and sales teams on all aspects of order fulfillment - from maintaining Shopify product listings to packing orders. Although this job will not be exclusively at a computer, you should be proficient with modern computer skills & administrative software (gmail, gsuite, word processing, excel) and able to learn new ones (like our custom sales software). We are a small company, so you’ll work closely with various departments to make sure orders are being accurately fulfilled, inventory listings are up-to-date, and occasionally communicate with customers about their orders. This is a team-oriented environment, but you will need independent problem-solving skills to succeed. Primary Job Duties: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Oversee all picking, ticketing, packaging, and related production duties to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment (Expected Accuracy = 99.3%). Work independently and with a team to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines met. Verify Order Contents for Accuracy for all shipments inbound and outbound. Plan your work so all orders ship on or before their promised dates. Secondary Job Duties: Photograph products in various aspect ratios for web & print Maintain multiple shopify stores with the help of the marketing team Communicate with customers about their orders via phone and email Required Education, Skills and Experience Proficiency in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Relevant E-Commerce and Shopify experience required. Inventory management system experience preferred. Proven ability to approach problems systematically, researching all alternatives and making appropriate recommendations. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload sometimes requiring short turnaround time or with little direction. Customer service experience and skills to communicate by email, phone, and at the time of curbside pickup. Excellent phone skills. Communication is the cornerstone of the position. Bonus Skills: Verbal and Written Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, and/ or Mandarin Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Acrobat, and In-Design familiarity). Photography in eCommerce preferred. Work Conditions and Hours Schedule 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday and occasional weekends during peak sales events or seasons. Moderate physical activity; Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds. Cross platform communication (Phone, Slack, mail). Ability to stand, bend, and kneel, up to 8 hours a day. Willingness for future travel for trade events primarily in North America and also abroad. Our company is currently not traveling due to COVID-19 policy.
