I am a contractor needing a concrete crew to form, place, and broom finish 600 sq ft patio area. (See attached drawing) The job is permitted, and will have a 12” x 30’ monolithic footer with 2 runs of #4 rebar. No moisture barrier. 3000# residential concrete with wire. I have an engineer available to inspect the footer with 1 hour notice. Must be a professional 1099 crew. Please email to me: Name and phone number.
