Well-established landscape supply company is in search of a qualified lot attendant in Portland, Oregon. Our fast-growing company sells and delivers landscape material to residential and commercial customers. The successful candidate must possess excellent people skills. Full-time and part-time positions available. We are open 7 days a week rain or shine. Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to: - Friendly, great customer service and communication skills - Load landscape material into customer vehicles/trailers with a small & large front- end loader - Physically able to stack multiple cords or wood - Knowledge of landscape product preferred - Basic knowledge of machinery, as you'll be greasing, fueling, and cleaning/changing filters - Maintain lot cleanliness. Pushing up piles, sweeping, blowing, cleaning the top of the bunkers - Direct commercial/residential vehicles to appropriate areas for load and off-loading of materials -Ability to use a calculator and tape to measure customers income loads Required Skills: - Must have the physical ability to operate small/large front-end loaders. - Available 7 days a week and in inclement weather - Ability of lift 50 pounds or more. - Problem solver working independently to resolve issues & take appropriate action. - Good verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers - Be self-motivated and ability to multi-task.use of a calculator and tape measure. - Reliable Successful candidates will be screened for the following: - Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen - Pass a criminal background check Benefits: - Sick/Vacation Time, Health/Dental Insurance - Compensation: Competitive wage DOE - Employment type: full-time, part-time To apply please stop by at 6400 SE 101st Ave X4, Portland, Or 97266 Or call Jenny at five o 3 836.2802
