We own a local building maintenance company called Dependable Maintenance. We are hiring for a part time employee, 10 to 15 hours per week. There is definitely potential for more work! Most of the work we do is on commercial properties, so evening and weekend availability is needed. We are looking for someone that has some experience doing the following: Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Deep Floor Scrubbing, Strip and Wax, Janitorial Services, Landscaping, Pressure Washing, Roof and Gutter Cleaning, and basic handyman work.
