The fourth Austin Micro Film Festival will take place at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lakeline on Sunday May 16, 2021 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. We are excited to screen 100 micro short films that average 2-3 minutes each that were handpicked by our Austin judges from over 400 submissions on the Film Festival Circuit. This is a fast paced, fast moving theatrical screening event unlike anything you may have ever seen. 30 US States and countries are represented, including micro films from Texas. All genres of films you can imagine: Action, Animation, Comedy, Drama, Documentary, Experimental, Science Fiction and more will screen. Enjoy cushioned seating, a giant theater screen and an optional food and beverage menu that you can order from your seat. Event Schedule: 2:00pm Doors Open2:30pm Awards Presentation inside the assigned theater3:00pm - 6:00pm Film Screenings Screening Order of Films: Please note that selected filmmakers that reserve their tickets, will be moved to the front of the line and screen during the first hour of this event. (3:00p - 4:00p) During checkout, there is a multiple choice question with each film listed. If you are supporting a specific film(s) please make sure to check the box next to that film. Filmmakers that do not submit their video files by April 30, 2021 will be removed from this list.
