Description

We’re looking for a stellar groundskeeper who will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property. Groundskeeper Responsibilities and Objectives • Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis. • Assist in the preparation of market ready units. • Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc. • Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions. • Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always. • Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality. • Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties. Education and Experience • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Skills and Requirements • Ability to read, write and understand English. • Ability to use general office equipment. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. • Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required. • Must comply with all safety requirements. • Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower. • Passionate for meticulous curb appeal.
