WHO YOU ARE: The ideal person for our company will have sales experience of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles with the ability to identify cracked belts, leaking engine compartments and any other safety/mechanical issues a vehicle has that could be obvious to a trained eye/ear of the technician. We have technicians that can diagnose and fix the problem, we need you to spot it while working a "hood" or doing a vehicle inspection. STATE INSPECTOR - Responsible for correctly performing state inspections in a timely manner - Must have strong verbal skills in order to communicate with the customer regarding their vehicle – including how to correctly sell items to pass a vehicle - Competitive hourly-based pay with commissions for services sold. - Those applying for State Inspector should either have or can obtain their state inspector's license this coming week. LUBE SALES AND HOOD TECH - Primary responsibility is customer service and recommending and selling vehicle scheduled maintenance items and vehicle repair. - Responsible for inspecting the customer's vehicle and creating estimates based on recommended repairs. - Performance-based pay with commissions and bonuses, earn what you're worth! - Basic Automotive knowledge and prior experience is a must.
