Job Overview
Install all products that have been measured for any given residence and/or perform any service for any given residence in a timely manner keeping quality at the forefront to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the install and/or service.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Load truck with all products based off of the route sheets provided each day.
• Ensure all of the proper supplies for the route are checked out each morning.
• Drive to each residence in the order that the route is given to you unless other instructions have been given.
• Once you arrive to job site, unload all materials to the proper locations at the residence.
• Direct Installer Helper as to what needs to be done at each job site.
• Ensure all products are installed to AGI standards. Have the Installer Helper assist you as needed.
• Report any concerns regarding the job to the Operations Manager. (ie., working on floors, mis-measured, broke panel etc..).
• Provide Operations Manager with any information that is needed when concerns arise.
• Notify the builder of any concerns that arise to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
• Ensure all glass is cleaned and all trash i5 removed from the residence before moving on to the next job site.
• Return route papers to the proper location at the end of each day with all notes needed to re-order or close out each ticket.
Qualifications
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• The ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish both verbally and in writing.
• Previous Installer experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to use a ladder as needed to install product at higher elevations such as cabinet glass, mirrors or
floor- to -ceiling shower panels.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
