REPORT TYPE GARDEN ST A resident reported a fight in the Cambridge Common involving three males and a firearm. Officers stopped and identified the suspect in question and no weapons were found on his possession or in the area of the fight. 03/07/202111:24 INCIDENT 21001507 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12 COLUMBIA ST Officers responded to a Columbia Street address for a report of a motor vehicle's front driver side window that had been smashed out. The owner of the motor vehicle in question was notified and a report was documented. 03/07/202112:34 INCIDENT 21001509 CREDIT CARD FRAUD UNDER $1200 C266 S37B(G) WEST ST A resident reports that an unknown suspect used her credit card to make $800 in purchases. 03/07/202114:25 INCIDENT 21001511 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24 MAIN ST A Newtowne Court resident reports that someone did hit her car and leave the scene. 03/07/202116:20 INCIDENT 21001513 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1) LEE ST A Cambridge resident reported an unlocked bike stolen from the Central Square area. 03/07/202116:22 INCIDENT 21001512 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS CAMBRIDGEPARK DR Cambridge Police responded to Cambridgepark Drive, for a report of a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian was struck on the leg and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The operator of the vehicle was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. 03/07/202117:43 INCIDENT 21001514 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to the 1000 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a cyclist struck following a dooring. 03/07/202119:53 INCIDENT 21001516 LIQUOR/NOISE COMPLAINT AT LICENSED PREMISE CHURCH ST A former customer of a restaurant in Harvard Square was not happy he had to be asked to leave the restaurant for not wearing a mask. The former customer came back and caused a disturbance. 03/06/202102:40 INCIDENT 21001478 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24 PLEASANT ST Cambridge Police arrested Erikx Soto Gomez, 37, 33 Allston Street in Somerville, for OUI-Alcohol. Soto Gomez was viewed in close proximity to a vehicle crash and admitted to being the operator of the motor vehicle that caused the crash. After several Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that Soto Gomez was under the influence of alcohol. Soto Gomez is also being charged with Reckless Operation of a motor vehicle, Unlicensed Operation and Marked Lanes Violation for leaving the lane of travel and crashing into a parked motor vehicle. 03/06/202106:47 INCIDENT 21001480 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE C266 S30A WHITE ST Cambridge Police responded to a White Street grocer for a report of a Shoplifting. 03/06/202107:45 INCIDENT 21001481 MISC. This resident also states she received a letter and debit card in the mail from a bank stating her new account is active. She states she has not filed for unemployment benefits nor has she opened a new bank account at this time. 03/05/202120:09 INCIDENT 21001476 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1) MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident of Cambridge states he rented a "Blue Bike" and rode it to Harvard Square. They went into a store in Harvard Square and left the bike unattended and unsecured on the sidewalk outside of the store. While they were in the store, an unknown suspect stole the bike.
