At this hands-on class making authentic tacos starts with learning to make fresh corn tortillas. Experienced chef Eta Burken will lead this date night class, where she will teach you and your date how to create taco fillings from the classic tacos el pastor to chicken verde, a vegetarian option is also available. Dress up your tacos with a variety of toppings as well as nosh on chips and salsa while cooking. $98 per couple. Price listed is for two people. This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. In-person class size will be limited to 8 students, per social distancing guidelines. All materials and equipment are single use, or sanitized. Face-masks are required.
