Changing up the classic date night dinner from steak and shrimp to steak and salmon! Experienced chef Eta Burken will lead this date night class, where she will teach you and your date the art of sautéing the perfect salon filet and learn the restaurant technique for a great New York strip steak. Add roasted baby potatoes and a classic Caesar salad; your dinner will rival any steakhouse around. $120 per couple. Price listed is for two people. This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. In-person class size will be limited to 8 students, per social distancing guidelines. All materials and equipment are single use, or sanitized. Face-masks are required. Please refrain from joining us if you have been ill recently.  All ticket holders receive a coupon for NewBo Beer & Wine for the week of the event. No refunds or exchanges.
