Southland Mobilehome Park is currently hiring a maintenance crewmember for daily upkeep and maintenance of the park. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: • Overall maintenance of the Park, which includes the laundry room, clubhouse, restrooms, pool, and other common area or facility. • Maintain the landscaping in the park common areas as well as weed eating, mowing, tree trimming in vacant lots and around park property. • Janitorial Cleaning of Recreation Hall and Pool area • Cleanup around property, vacant lots and newly vacant homes. • May included touch up painting on or around property • Lift station knowledge preferred • Maintain the pool during the pool season • Maintenance of fencing including building of, rebuilding and repairs • Maintenance of common areas • Minor repair to plumbing and electrical • Special projects as needed Job Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50+lbs Compensation: This is a position with a minimum of 20 hours a week, at $16.50 an hour, with your day starting at 8am to approx. 1pm depending on necessity and workload, Monday thru Friday.
