This role is responsible for assisting the crew leader throughout the installation process in the daily plan. Job Duties: - In-field layout and Installation Prep - Using approved details gather and organize material for installation - Layout pipe and other material in correct location per details - Follow Daily plan per Crew Leader - Distribute workload amongst group members (who does what?) - Relay Daily plan from crew leader to group you are working with - Insure Laurel's installation requirements are met in the installation - Assist crew leader in the care and cleanliness of all equipment and tools - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - In-field assistance on jobs by working alongside other crew members - End of day clean up - Assist in Training workers around you what the safe practices for each piece of equipment on site are - Assist in Training of proper working methods and techniques that meet company standards
