Deck, patio and fence cleanup

I need someone to scrub down my outside space as it took a beating this winter. Details below: - Deck and balcony are made of Ipe wood and cannot be power washed. Instead it needs to be scrubbed with a scrubbing brush with either Murphy's Oil Soap or Defy Deck cleaner. It's a standard sized Chicago garage deck and a standard sized Chicago balcony. The deck has furniture on it which will need to be moved from side to side. - Blue stone patio needs to be spot scrubbed with acetone in certain places to remove spots, and then power washed. The patio has furniture on it which will need to be moved from side to side. - I have a white wooden fence that needs to be power washed and scrubbed - I have a set of stairs that could be power washed - I have a short, black iron fence that can be sanded and repainted.
