Executive Chef Ryan Grimm is collaborating with Midtown Olive Oil from Raleigh, New Bern & Greensboro to bring you a special pairing dinner.
Inspired by the extensive olive oil and balsamic vinegar selection at Midtown Olive Oil, our very own Chef Ryan Grimm has created a wonderful menu for our special evening. We'll be joined by owner of Midtown Olive Oil, Bethany Perkins to learn more about her North Carolina based business and the various products she imports for her three shops.
Each course will feature a beverage pairing and a particular oil or balsamic from Midtown Olive Oil.
