Yard and property maintenance help needed

Help needed to do yard maintenance. Changing water in animal ponds, cleaning aviaries, help with large pond, tree maintenance, lawn, raking. Our property is an acre and half with donkeys, parrots, fowl, fruit trees and a large pond. Work changes with the season. Two or more days a week, total hours should range from 4-8 depending on the season. Must be competent to do small repairs, and operate lawn mower, blower and hand tools. Looking for someone 16 or older. Living nearby is a plus. Hours flexible as are the days. If interested respond with why you would be the best fit for the job and your experience.
