All we can pay is the incentive money ($2, 800). We are a senior retired married couple that own and live in a dilapidated, roof-leaking big two floor house. It can be with shingles or metal. We understand that this would be charity work. We need someone who is licensed, insured. We are willing to sign a contract. We would need some kind of guarantee in writing. Currently, the house does not have plywood on the roof. Instead, old metal tiles are nailed directly to the beams. We need it replaced, with plywood... to stop the leaking...
