Looking for a reliable, honest person to help maintain rentals. This would be paid per hour or per job needed.
This is NOT full time work.
Need someone that is respectful, dependable, and trustworthy.
Examples of jobs include: replacing wood on porches, putting up new pieces of Sheetrock, painting, replacing skirting, laying over mobile home floors, etc. Would be beneficial if had plumbing or electrical skills, but not required. Prefer honesty, dependability, timely, and neat work.
