I have a two year running business that is temporarily running out of my home due to the circumstances. This is not a gig, but a part time job. The hours are steady and I am looking for someone reliable and responsible to help with the growing demand of the product I sell. I sell geological minerals and crystals to collectors around the country through ecommerce. Currently due to the rapid growth, I am looking to fill two positions: *Packing /Shipping *Admin The packing and shipping is done every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 3 pm though you do not have to select both days. For this role you would be responsible for: - Checking invoice carefully with the items in the box ( there will be training) - wrapping each item with tissue, paper and bubble - packing items into a shipping box and sealed ( there will be training for this as well). Experience in manufacturing, packing, or warehouse is a plus but really all I need is someone who is committed to this job and growing with the business. Managerial position is open as well so I need someone who learns fast, is reliable and detail oriented and motivated. For Admin/Sales: I am looking for help with my live sales which take place in the evenings. The run about 2 - 3 hours and I would need help setting up as well. - Setting up means set up the tables with the crystals and minerals so that I can present them, removing anything from the previous shows and placing them back on their shelves, and organizing the show room. -During the show I need help entering names into the spreed sheet as customer order the items I show. Then taking the item and placing it into the customer's box on the shelf. - During the week I will need this person to eventually be answering messages remotely with auto responses I will lay out. This means you would log into my FB account twice a day and respond to anyone with one of the saved messages, and make note or list of these requests to report to me at the end of each day. This person must be friendly, enthusiastic and warm. You should enjoy retail, customer service, and working with a fast paced environment/ ecommerce. Detail oriented and VERY organized. Evenings are a must at least from 8-10 three times a week. Wednesday, Friday and Sundays are usually the days I need help on location.
