The Broadhurst Sheet Metal Works, Inc. located in Hawthorne, New Jersey is Seeking a Full Time Shop Helper to assist in a variety of operations associated with precision metal fabrication. Experience is preferred but not required if you are a quick learner with mechanical ability. We are seeking an individual that is reliable, trustworthy, and motivated. Proficient in using a tape measure, calculator and basic mathematic ability. An individual with pride in workmanship and efficiency is regarded highly. A forward thinking positive attitude with the ability to work well with other’s as a team. Safety equipment supplied. The majority of work operations are conducted in climate controlled indoor work environments. Few projects require working outside. Employees are required to show up to work dressed appropriately for the days forecasted weather. It is the Employee’s responsibility to show up ready to work in Leather work boots (Non Steel Toe), denim jeans, and a jacket for work purposes. Health Insurance Plan availability after 90 days for full time employees. Paid holidays and vacation days after 1 year for full time employees. Competitive wages based on ability and knowledge.
