To nourish yourself the way you nourish others. A seat at the table is a monthly retreat experience for Black Women. Every month around the full moon, we hold space for an intimate group of Black Women ready to release what does not serve them in order to heal, grow and manifest. Through a carefully curated retreat experience designed for you to prioritize your self care and healing in a safe space of supportive group of women.
