SUMMARY FOR MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE Food manufacturing company looking for a Maintenance Associate in Gaylord, MI. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILTIES FOR MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE · Problem-solving ability’s. · Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls. · Troubleshoot Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem. · Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components. · Perform tests to make sure that the machine is running smoothly. · Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. · Detect minor problems by performing basic diagnostic tests. · Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery and Follow Preventive Maintenance Program. · Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed. · Adjust equipment and reset or calibrate sensors and controls. · Move machinery and equipment. · Maintain building repair and upkeep inside and outside. · 480/277 and 120/208 VAC, 3-phase systems in both equipment as well as building. · Use of electrical prints to diagnose/Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions. · Installation of piping, wiring, etc. in support of equipment installations and/or upgrades. · Refrigeration, working with Ammonia a plus. · Plumbing a plus. · HVAC a plus.
