AKT, developed by celebrity trainer, Anna Kaiser (most recently known for training Shakira for Super Bowl LIV!). AKT is a dance-based cardio concept, offering a unique combination of four modalities: toning, interval, circuit, and dance.
What You'll Need
For this workout, please bring your own hand towel, wear athletic clothing, footwear and a water bottle.
