Found dog needs loving home

Found a German shepherd mix pup wandering the neighborhood. We have been trying to find where she came from. She’s very sweet, had a collar but no tags. We took her to our vet to see if she’s microchipped but found out she isn’t. Need to find her a loving home. Unfortunately cannot keep her, already have a full house.
