Seeking Full Time person to clean buildings for a real estate company. NON Union Job. Established Property Management who has been in business for over 50 years is seeking a full-time cleaning person for a group of small apartment buildings. You will be responsible for cleaning a group of 5 story walk buildings, and 9 story elevator buildings, from top to bottom. The job will be to clean 2 buildings per day top to bottom including: mopping/vacuuming the hallway floors and giving it a good deep clean, cleaning the glass entry doors and mailbox areas, polishing the tiles in the lobby area, disinfecting/cleaning the handrails going from the ground floor to the top floor, cleaning the window ledges on each landing etc etc This is an hourly position with established 40 hour per week work schedule. Building locations are the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, West Village, East Village. Company provides all cleaning supplies and uniforms. Transportation between buildings paid for if not in walking distance. Overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly rate and is scheduled with management ( Competitive pay rate andBenefits package.
