**COMMERCIAL CLEANING COMPANY** **HANDYMAN** Looking for Handyman (7AM-11AM OR 8AM-12PM) ***IMMEDIATE HIRE*** Job Duties include but not limited to: Routine daily inspection of all buildings and campus grounds, wall patching and repair, touch up painting, minor plumbing repairs to visual leaks and fixtures. Floor repair, replace broken or missing floor tiles. Minor electrical repairs to include replacing switches and outlets, light bulbs and fixtures. Weekly roof gutter clean out, monthly dryer vent clean out, monthly bathroom exhaust duct clean out, furniture assembly as needed. Delivery of supplies and materials to campus buildings, event set up/preparation and grounds cleaning. Please forward your resume and telephone number for consideration.
