MILFORD, CT — Gov. Ned Lamont has declared that Connecticut will disseminate the coronavirus vaccine by age and that has led a Milford parent to plead with Lamont to allow her daughter to be vaccinated now. Venus Rogers told News 12 CT that her daughter, Amber, 36, suffers from severe muscular dystrophy and has to use a ventilator to breathe.
