Premiere heavy truck service is in need of a dedicated parts specialist/ service writer ASAP! Independent automotive background a must, Big Rig Diesel knowledge a plus! Responsibilities include interacting with customers/ drivers to schedule appointments, intake vehicles, and process payments, in addition to Initiating Work Orders, writing estimates, SOURCING PARTS, creating purchase orders, maintaining inventory and more. Please know your way around a computer and all other basic office equipment! Ideal candidate will understand the importance of controlling costs and maximizing profits and will perform research/ analytics to ensure our place in the market.
