North Carolina is a state with a governor with some common sense. He loves his people and don't want to see scores of additional citizens die needlessly. It is nice to have a governor that isn't a complete moron like Texas and Mississippi. The masks protect you because the virus, that's what every other country in the world has a lower death rate than we do. This was a test run for China to see how gullible the American citizens are at how easy it is to take them out with a virus. It is time, no it is past time, for North Carolina Indians to do like the rest of the world has and go 100% mask-wearing. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
