We are looking for an energetic go-getter who isn’t afraid of hard work, who wants to grow with the company and who sees his/her contribution as a career more than just a job. This person will become a key component in our business and will be trained on all aspects of the position. No prior experience with closet construction or window coverings is required, however, you must have excellent people skills, be well organized and accurate and be able to handle the physically demanding part of the job. You will ultimately be responsible for quality and timely installations of our closet and window coverings projects. Once trained, you will be responsible for impeccable installation and customer service. You will be expected to interact professionally with coworkers, other workers on the job, home owners, builders, and anyone else on the job site. You will be working hands-on with the installation team in a construction trailer (the trailer is not climate controlled, i.e. it is not heated/cooled) assembling custom closets on-site, and/or installing blinds. You will also be the face of the company to our consumers. We are looking for a person of integrity who has excellent people skills and who can communicate effectively with staff members as well as with all clients -- both builders and homeowners. We are looking for a candidate who has the physical and intellectual skills required for custom closet design and construction, and challenging window covering installations: good with math (fractions), very accurate with a tape measure, able to perform the heavy-lifting and good with your hands. Specific equipment and craftsmanship training will be provided. No hard skills necessary. This is a great place to work!
