Parts Specialist Helena Cycle Center is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for parts customer service, selling of parts and accessories and stocking. Will provide assistance to over the counter sales to customers, Sales Reps in parts related to new equipment sales, and the Service Department for parts ordering for machine repairs. Please email resume to Ana Glueckert / Business Manager or drop off resume to Ana at Helena Cycle Center 1825 N Last Chance Gulch Helena, MT 59601 Essential Duties: • Courteously and promptly assist all customers and inbound calls in accurately identifying the parts they need in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner • Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line • Ring sales at register and provide prompt and expedient service • Research and find products that are needed in inventory and items that require ordering • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information • Provides high level of service to internal and external customers • Pulls and fills orders from stock for Customers, Sales & Technicians • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention • Participates in all training programs that are made available • Consistently striving to improve their knowledge and skills of our products and services by using the tools provided such as online training, magazine articles, off site training, and on site management training. • Display and merchandise seasonal parts and accessories to achieve maximum marketing exposure. • Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment. • Clear communication with all departments • Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments. • Team Player • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: • Work performed in a shop setting due to location of the shop, parts, and technicians working in the shop. • Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time. • Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs. • Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, sit, handle or operate objects and or tools. • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. • Required to operate equipment and move motor sports vehicles in a safe manner at all times. Qualifications: Computer literate; CDK experience preferred but not required Sales experience preferred, Power sports user and parts knowledge preferred. We are seeking a prompt and reliable employee to join our team. Qualified individual will have the ability to multi-task and handle a fast pace environment. Compensation Hourly position with pay based on experience.
