Precise Lawn & Inc.Snow Inc. Is looking for a well-trained person to mow, trim and blow that has experience to join our team. Must have a positive attitude, follow directions, be on time and have your own transportation to the shop. Precise lawn was established in 1998 and needs Experienced applicants that have mowed for commercial or apartment clients in the past. Our interview process is to have you meet us at a selected property, then mow, trim, and blow a selected area to prove that you have the experience we are looking for. We use 60" exmark riders and 48" walk behinds. You will be asked to use both rider and walk behind during the interview. This will take 10-15 minutes. If you don’t have experience on walk behind mower’s that’s OK, but rider mower experience is a must. Starting hourly pay is $15-$17hr. Based upon your experience and the interview process. We pay overtime and bi-weekly through a payroll company. We work Monday thru Thursday which is 40-45 hours in those 4 days. Friday is optional for miscellaneous work if we aren't behind due to rain. If we are behind from the rain we will have to work Friday. We are different from other Lawn companies. All crew members are assigned a mower, trimmer and blower that is labled by a number.
