Position Title: Admin Support
Position Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Department/Location: Maintenance Department
*This is a 3 month Temporary role*
Primary Operational Objectives:
The Admin Support role will be responsible for organizing, updating, reviewing, and correcting digital data, as well as assisting maintenance customers (in-person and electronically).
Essential Job Functions:
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Create and maintain digital filing systems.
• Verify customer and account data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in data.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with all clients, customers, management, and team members.
• Answer incoming departmental phone calls.
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance department as assigned.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office.
• Ability to organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and provide proper follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
Physical Demands:
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
