Locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company has an opening for a full-time Day Porter in a busy commercial/residential building. Position responsibilities will primarily include maintaining common use areas such as conference rooms, lounges, kitchens, restrooms and entranceways in a clean, neat and orderly fashion. Responsibilities will include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing designated areas. The position will also be assigned to clean offices and residential apartments at times of turnover/new tenant arrivals. The position is typically assigned Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are a locally-owned and operated commercial cleaning company in business for more than 30 years. Prior experience is a similar position is preferred. Qualified candidates will possess a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, polite with our customers and be able to work independently. A criminal background check is conducted for the final candidate.
