Latah Creek Landscaping is looking for two experienced Lawn Care Crew Leaders for the 2021 season. Must have experience in lawn care. Tasks involve mowing, trimming, edging and blowing. The crew lead is also responsible for driving to all lawn locations, following the route effectively and efficiently, marking off all jobs, and getting work done in a timely manner. As well as being in contact with the owner in regards to all customer encounters, taking care of all equipment, documenting all hours worked, and heading clean ups and pruning as assigned. The Crew Lead must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be able to drive and back up a truck and trailer into tight areas. The Crew Lead must be at least 18 years old. Starting wage is $17 an hour and a raise will be given once quality of work is proven. Monthly bonuses will be given for quality of work and no complaints. Long term position available. Once one year of work is completed health care benefits are an option. Work starts the beginning of May and goes into November. Latah Creek Landscaping services all over Spokane. The work week would be four, ten hour days, Tuesday-Friday.
